Storage:

Blocks of cellular glass with or without coating, and cellular glass gravel can be stored outdoors, but under the canopy to avoid damage to the packaging. Blocks with plaster coating must be protected from water.
Blocks with bitumen coating are to be protected from direct sunlight and heat sources.
Transport and storage is permitted in stacks of pallets with cellular glass blocks, but not more than two pallets in height, this is due taking into account the preservation of the original factory packaging

Packing:

PINOSKLO cellular glass is packed in pallets or boxes.
Pallet size: length - 1200 mm, width - 800 mm, height 1100 mm.
The corners of insulation blocks are protected with cardboard. Pallets with cellular glass are wrapped in protective transparent film and strapped with transport plastic ribbons. On top of a pallet there’s a wooden lid, to allow stacking of the second row of pallets on the top.
The size of a box: length 600 * width 400* height 450mm.
Boxes are strapped with transport plastic ribbons. Packing in boxes may increase the volume of transported blocks on a vehicle.

Cellular glass gravel package
Cellular glass gravel is packed in big bags.
The size of a big bag is approximate. The approximate volume of cellular glass gravel in a bag is about 1.1m3.

Specifications - load capacity up to 1 ton
Body dimensions are not less than: length 2.8 m; width 1.8 m; height 1.5 m:
PPossible cellular glass blocks placement - in 4 pallets. If possible, all remaining space can be filled in with cellular glass boxes (box size 600 * 400 * 450 mm). That is approximately about 3.5 m3 of blocks weighing up to 0.5 tons. Capacity of cellular glass gravel is about 5-6 m3, the total weight is about 800 kg
Specifications - load capacity up to 10 tons.
Body dimensions are not less than: length 8 m; width 2.5 m; height 2.5 m:
It’s possible to place up to 40 pallets with blocks, 20 pallets in the lower row and 20 pallets on top. If possible, all remaining space can be filled in with cellular glass boxes (box size 600 * 400 * 450 mm). That is approximately about 32 - 36 m3 of cellular glass blocks, weighing about 5.5 tons. Capacity of cellular glass gravel for such car is about 36 - 43 m3 weighing about 6 tons.
Specifications - load capacity up to 20 tons.
Body dimensions not less than: length 13.6 m; width 2.45 m; height 2.5 m.
It’s possible to place up to 66 pallets with blocks. If possible, all remaining space can be filled in with cellular glass boxes (box size 600 * 400 * 450 mm). The estimated capacity of the car is about 52 - 57 m3 of cellular glass blocks, with a total weight of 8 tons. Capacity of cellular glass gravel for such car is about 68 - 72 m3, weighing approximately 9.5 tons.
